Dhurandhar: The Revenge Soundtrack Seeks Grammy Glory

Shillong: B62 Studios wants a Grammy. The production house founded by Aditya and Lokesh Dhar submitted the Dhurandhar: The Revenge soundtrack for consideration in eight distinct categories. The music, composed by Shashwat Sachdev, hits nine entries total. The studio announced the move on X this past Friday.

"Dhurandhar: The Revenge for your GRAMMY consideration. Thank you for all the love #ForYourConsideration #Grammys #RecordingAcademy #FYC," the studio posted. These submissions cover film music, Asian pop, global music, pop, rap, electronic music, and remixed recordings.

The album vies for Best Compilation Soundtrack for Visual Media. Individual tracks are also in the running. Arijit Singh’s Phir Se targets Best Song Written for Visual Media. Other hopefuls include Aari Aari for Best Asian Pop Music Performance, plus Jaan Se Guzarte Hain and Kanhaiyya for Best Global Music Performance. Jaiye Sajana aims for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, Destiny – Mann Atkeya pushes for Best Rap Performance, Vaari Jaavan seeks a spot in Best Dance/Electronic Recording, and Hum Pyaar Karne Wale eyes Best Remixed Recording.

The franchise remains a commercial powerhouse. It follows the 2025 debut where Ranveer Singh played intelligence operative Jaskirat Singh Rangi, a man who went undercover as Hamza Ali Mazari to bust a terror ring in Karachi. These submissions do not guarantee a nomination. The Recording Academy must vet every entry before the final nominees face a vote.
