Imphal: The proscribed Kangliepak Communist Party has issued a final warning to all schools across Manipur. The group demands full compliance with its Revolutionary Education Policy of Kangleipak. Officials claim most private institutions now follow the rules. Some remain holdouts.
M. Punsiba Meitei, Secretary of the Information and Public Relations Department, signed the statement. He slammed certain school owners for blocking the policy. He labeled these individuals as "profit-oriented and predatory" and accused them of running anti-student operations.
The group plans to release a list of non-compliant schools by late October. They told students to avoid these campuses. Any school ignoring this directive faces a total shutdown by 2027. The militant outfit promised swift action against those who ignore the deadline.
