FGN Clarifies Tokuho Swu No Longer Holds Official Authority

Kohima: The Federal Government of Nagaland has issued a formal clarification confirming the termination of Tokuho Swu from his position. Kedaghe Senlo Khing stated that Swu no longer possesses the authority to issue government directives or make official demands.

The announcement specifically addressed a recent notice in which Swu ordered Kitoho H. Zhimomi to surrender official documents, files, and the government seal. The FGN maintains that this order is invalid under the organization's established rules and regulations.

Authorities have issued a warning regarding any ongoing cooperation with the former official. According to the statement, "any individual collecting taxes or engaging in dealings under the authority of Tokuho Swu’s government would be deemed unauthorized and void." Individuals who choose to disregard this warning do so at their own risk and remain fully accountable for their actions.
