Guwahati: Assam Rifles troops took to the streets on October 25 to push physical fitness. They hosted the Fit India Freedom Run 7.0 in Agartala, Tripura, and Lokra, Assam. The event aimed to build a culture of wellness. A total of 218 people joined the effort, including Assam Rifles personnel, women staff, children, and family members.

The organizers centered the event on the theme, "Fitness Ki Dose, Aadha Ghanta Roz". This motto drives home the point that everyone needs at least 30 minutes of daily activity. It builds discipline. The run proved that small shifts in routine improve overall health for both soldiers and their families.
