Tripura Reports Major Growth With Rs 1,400 Crore in New Projects

Agartala: Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha announced a significant surge in state development, confirming that projects exceeding Rs 1,400 crore have been launched or inaugurated during the 2025-26 financial year. The Chief Minister noted that this figure would rise further if development initiatives led by other cabinet ministers were also included in the total.

Saha shared these updates during a recent event in Kamalpur. At the program, he inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for 14 local infrastructure projects valued at Rs 26.96 crore. The Chief Minister said the government remains committed to the all-round development of the people.

The administration is currently prioritizing the expansion of infrastructure and the enhancement of public services. Officials aim to accelerate progress across every sector to secure better living standards and inclusive growth. Saha stressed that the government intends to extend these development efforts to every corner of the state to ensure the benefits of progress reach all residents.
