He described the program as a reliable connection between the administration and the public, designed to make government operations more responsive to local needs.

The initiative functions as a direct grievance redressal platform. It allows residents from across the state to bring their complaints and requirements directly to government officials, ensuring that issues are addressed in a timely manner. Saha noted that the program is central to the government’s broader efforts to foster transparency, accountability, and public participation.

Reflecting on the progress of the initiative, the Chief Minister shared his vision for a more accessible administration on social media. "Our goal is to earn the trust of the people and ensure a transparent, accountable and citizen-friendly administration," Saha said.
