Agartala: Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha has issued a directive to state officials to prioritize the immediate repair of road infrastructure damaged by recent monsoon rains. During a recent TMS meeting, the Chief Minister emphasized the need for swift action to restore connectivity and ensure public safety across the affected regions.

The government is now coordinating efforts to assess the extent of the damage and mobilize resources for the necessary restoration work. Officials have been instructed to monitor the progress of these repairs closely to ensure that the infrastructure is brought back to a standard suitable for regular traffic. Addressing the need for efficiency, the Chief Minister stated, "The repair work must be executed with urgency to minimize inconvenience for the citizens of Tripura."
