Student Cyclist Killed by Speeding Dumper in Dibrugarh

Guwahati: A 21-year-old student died Friday evening in Dibrugarh. A speeding dumper truck crushed her as she cycled through the Chiring Chapori area around 6 pm on July 17. The vehicle, bearing registration number AS06AC 8859, hit the victim and the rear wheel ran over her head. She died on the spot.
