Guwahati: A rare black panther has been documented for the first time in Assam, appearing on a camera trap within the Dulung Reserve Forest in the Lakhimpur district. Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma shared the discovery on Monday, highlighting the significance of the sighting for the region's wildlife.
