Guwahati: Radisson Blu Guwahati has introduced a week-long culinary celebration titled The Street Edit, hosted at their signature dining venue, Cafe B You. Running from May 18 through May 24, 2026, the festival invites guests to experience a curated selection of India's most beloved roadside delicacies within a sophisticated atmosphere.

The event is scheduled to welcome diners nightly between 7 pm and 11 pm until May 23. To conclude the festivities, the hotel will host a special lunch service on Sunday, May 24, operating from 12:30 pm to 4 pm. The menu features a diverse range of regional staples, including live vegetable momos from Sikkim, classic Mumbai vada pav, and Delhi-style golgappas paired with assorted flavored waters and ram ladoo. Guests can also enjoy traditional Bihari litti chokha and authentic Kerala appam served with chicken stew.

Gurmeet Randhawa, General Manager of Radisson Blu Guwahati, highlighted that the initiative aims to capture the nostalgia and emotional connection tied to Indian street food while providing a relaxed, high-quality environment. By blending familiar flavors with the premium hospitality expected of the hotel, the event seeks to honor the spirit of local food culture. The atmosphere at Cafe B You has been carefully designed to reflect the lively, laid-back essence of outdoor food stalls, allowing patrons to enjoy their meals at a comfortable pace.
