These staff members handled deliveries across Tinsukia. They braved heavy rain and rough weather to get orders out. Now they face an uncertain future. One worker stated, "If the management had decided to terminate their services, it should provide a proper explanation for the decision."
The group demands a formal reason for the layoffs. They also leveled serious accusations against the company. The former employees allege that Flipkart Minutes created work IDs for minors under 18 years old. These claims remain unverified. The group now warns it will block new hiring at the firm until management accounts for the sudden firings.
