Imphal: Maisnam David Singh from Manipur has claimed the Mister Heritage 2026 title in the Philippines. The grand finale of the fifth edition of the international male pageant took place in Pasig City on May 26.

David, a resident of Naoremthong Khumanthem Leikai in Imphal, traveled to the competition as the official representative of India. He secured his spot after being selected by the Rubaru Mr India Organisation, having previously earned the title of first runner-up at the Rubaru Mister Manipur pageant.

Currently a third-semester student at Biramangol College, David balances his academic studies with a professional modeling career. Before his departure for the Philippines, he expressed a strong desire to use the global stage to highlight the history and culture of Manipur. He credited his success to the support of the people in his home state and noted that representing both Manipur and India was a significant milestone.

Mister Heritage International serves as a platform dedicated to the promotion of tourism, culture, and heritage. David's win continues a trend of success for India, which also held the title in 2024.
