Guwahati: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has announced that rock legends Guns N’ Roses will perform in Guwahati on November 17, 2026. This concert marks the band's first appearance in Northeast India, further establishing the state as a prominent venue for international live entertainment following the recent success of Post Malone's concert.
The upcoming performances are part of the Bandland on Tour series produced by BookMyShow Live. The tour begins with a show at NICE Grounds in Bengaluru on November 14, 2026, before the band travels to the Khanapara Veterinary Ground in Guwahati. General ticket sales open on June 9, 2026, at 11 AM via BookMyShow. Members of the Nightrain Fan Club will have access to a pre-sale starting at 5 PM on June 8.
The band, featuring Axl Rose, Slash, and Duff McKagan, last toured India in May 2025 with a performance in Mumbai. Naman Pugalia, chief business officer at BookMyShow Live, believes this tour underscores the evolution of the Indian music market.
