Shillong: East Khasi Hills Police need help finding two 27-year-old women reported missing from Shillong last month. Time is running out. Manisha Mattu disappeared on October 26. She stands 3.5 feet tall with a thin build, fair complexion, round face, and broad nostrils. Mattu has long black hair, is soft-spoken, and communicates in Hindi and English. She wore a green salwar suit, green pyjamas, and brown flat slippers when she went missing.
Pampa Dhar vanished a day later on October 27. She is 5 feet tall, has a normal build, a fair complexion, round face, brown eyes, and a thin nose. She has long black hair and a telltale leucoderma patch on a finger of her left hand. Unlike Mattu, Dhar is loud-spoken and speaks Bengali and Hindi. She wore a salwar, pants, and sandals at the time.
"The identity of informants will be kept strictly confidential if desired," police stated.
