Accompanied by program coordinator Ashe Kiba, the Commissioner inspected key facilities, including access ramps and the availability of wheelchairs, to ensure a barrier-free experience during the current by-election.

He noted the goal of the inspection was to guarantee that all citizens can vote comfortably and independently. Tongpang said, "the importance of ensuring that all eligible voters, including persons with disabilities, are able to participate in the democratic process with dignity, independence and ease." This visit is part of a broader initiative led by the Commissioner to improve election accessibility across the state.
