Guwahati: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma expressed his deep condolences on Tuesday, May 19, following the passing of former Uttarakhand Chief Minister Bhuvan Chandra Khanduri. The veteran politician and retired Major General died at a private hospital in Dehradun at the age of 91 after a period of prolonged illness.
