Arunachal BJP Leaders Rally in Itanagar to Tighten Party Organization

Itanagar: Top brass of the Bharatiya Janata Party gathered at the D.K. Convention Hall in Itanagar on September 22. They met to tighten the party machine. BJP Northeast Coordinator Dr. Sambit Patra led the discussions. He demanded better coordination across Northeast units and tighter execution of party programs.

Chief Minister Pema Khandu and Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein attended the session. State BJP president Kaling Moyong joined them. Union ministers Kiren Rijiju and Kirti Vardhan Singh appeared alongside Rajya Sabha MP Tai Tagak. The room was packed with state ministers, MLAs, and local district leaders.

Cabinet ministers Biyuram Wahge, Nyato Dukam, Gabriel Denwang Wangsu, Pasang Dorjee Sona, Dasanglu Pul, Balo Raja, Kento Jini, Ojing Tasing, and Mama Natung sat in. They were joined by Mandal presidents, district in-charges, and Morcha heads. The group analyzed the grassroots network and current worker responsibilities.

Dr. Patra emphasized the need for unity. He told attendees, "strengthening the party organisation, coordination among its units and the implementation of organisational programmes across the Northeast" remained the primary goal. Senior leaders used the meeting to set clear priorities for the state organization.
