Imphal: Manipur Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla conferred the 7th Governor Art Award upon renowned artist Yendrembam Ibochouba Singh today. The ceremony took place at the Cabinet Hall in the Chief Minister’s Office, located in the Minister’s Block of Mantripukhri, Imphal East.
Before the formal presentation, Governor Bhalla examined a selection of the artist’s works. He expressed his appreciation for the dedication Ibochouba Singh has shown toward the preservation and promotion of fine arts within the state.
