He demands immediate financial assistance for victims before any government officials vacate the area. The MLA insists that the administration stop prioritizing ministers and focus on the suffering public.
Gogoi delivered a blunt ultimatum during his latest confrontation with local authorities. He stated, "You may leave from here, but you will have to give my people the money. You cannot run this place by simply following ministers around."
The lawmaker claims the current delay in aid distribution shows gross negligence. He warned that his office will not tolerate further incompetence regarding the handling of state support.
