Sikkim Chief Minister Calls for Mass Participation in National Yoga Record Attempt

Gangtok: Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang has invited residents to join the upcoming Har Ghar Yoga initiative on June 14. Organized by the Ministry of AYUSH, the event aims to promote wellness across the nation while attempting to secure a Guinness World Record under the theme Yoga: India’s gift to the world.

The session is scheduled to begin at 6:15 am. To take part, participants must register through the Habuild Online Yoga Registration platform, which will provide a digital link for the event on the day of the session. The Chief Minister noted that the campaign is designed to foster a healthy lifestyle and reinforce India’s cultural identity.

Addressing the state's potential involvement, Tamang highlighted the broader impact of the initiative on national unity. “I warmly urge the people of Sikkim to enthusiastically participate and register through the Habuild Online Yoga Registration initiative. Our active participation will make Sikkim a proud contributor to this national movement,” the Chief Minister stated.

Tamang expressed that the event represents a collective effort to champion values of health and harmony. He encouraged citizens to complete their registration promptly to ensure the state plays a significant role in the national movement.
