Imphal: The Senapati District Women’s Association has officially elected a new executive council to guide the organization through the 2026 to 2029 term. The leadership transition followed the conclusion of the previous board's tenure during a general assembly held this Saturday at the association's headquarters in Senapati.
P. Delilah Pao will serve as the new President of the organization. Joining her on the executive team are Vice President E.A. Loliro, General Secretary Ringki Kuinamei Sanglou, and Assistant General Secretary Mayori Riamai. The council also includes Finance Secretary H. Kinilii, Secretary for Social and Culture P. Ashiphro, Secretary for Information and Publicity H. Havila, Treasurer L. Kh. Roziine, and Secretary for Education and Statistics Pausuyile.
Chief Election Commissioner Losa Choro oversaw the proceedings, supported by Election Commissioners Kaisa Kashipri and Ng. Elizabeth. This newly appointed team will manage the district women's body and its operations for the upcoming three-year period.
