NEHU Shillong Seeks Research Associate for Himalayan Fermented Food Study

Shillong: North Eastern Hill University in Shillong is looking for a Research Associate. The hire will work on a Department of Biotechnology funded project investigating the health benefits of Gundruk, a fermented Himalayan vegetable. Professor S.R. Joshi serves as the principal investigator for this study on ethno-microbiology, process optimization, and gut simulation.
