Guwahati: The National Science Centre Guwahati, a unit under the National Council of Science Museums, is launching its Summer Hobby Camp 2026. The program runs from July 1 to July 20 at the centre's Khanapara campus and caters to students ranging from Class II to Class XI.
Organizers have curated a diverse selection of courses including Creative Art and Craft, Starlight Adventures, Electronics and Robotics, and various AI boot camps. Additional offerings such as Eco-Chem Adventures and classes on understanding science through performing arts aim to foster curiosity and creativity. The center states the initiative is designed to "encourage inquisitiveness, creativity and a scientific outlook among students."
Participants will engage in interactive sessions and live experiments to gain practical exposure to technology, engineering, and environmental science. Registration opens on June 14, 2026. The program fee covers all necessary materials and activity expenses for the duration of the camp.
