Kohima: The fourth iteration of EduConnect, titled Connecting Education to Opportunities, took place in Dimapur on May 15 to help youth navigate higher education and professional career paths. Organized by the Investment and Development Authority of Nagaland (IDAN) in partnership with Cryptex Solo, the event served as a central hub for academic and career development.

IDAN Chairman Abu Metha delivered the keynote address, emphasizing the critical intersection of technology and education in modern career success. He urged students to commit to lifelong learning while highlighting the necessity of mastering digital skills and utilizing social media as a constructive tool for personal and professional growth.

A significant outcome of the conference was the formal signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between IDAN and the Atria Institute of Technology. This collaboration aims to bolster academic cooperation and facilitate robust skill development programs. Furthermore, the partnership establishes the Atria-IT Scholarship, which is designed to support and incentivize meritorious students from across Nagaland in their pursuit of higher education.
