Nagaland Assembly committee inspects Pfütsero development sites

Kohima: The Nagaland Legislative Assembly Environment and Climate Change Committee visited Pfütsero on May 26 to conduct a field inspection of local infrastructure projects. Led by committee chairman and MLA Achumbemo Kikon, the delegation examined the current waste dumping site and the location proposed for a new mountain radar system.

During the visit, Kikon held an interaction program to discuss the environmental implications of these projects. The committee's oversight serves to ensure that ongoing developments in the region align with environmental standards and climate resilience goals.
