Benjamin Lorin, the party vice president, issued the notification on October 12. He expects a full house. Attendees must include all Central Office Bearers, frontal organisations, cells, Central Executive Council members, core committee members, and elders’ council members. The party also requested the presence of its PSUs and the chairpersons and deputy chairpersons from every municipal and town council.
