Mao Hoho Nagaland Demands Justice After Deadly Senapati Shooting

Kohima: Mao Hoho Nagaland is pushing for a full investigation into the fatal shootings that rocked Senapati district on September 26 and 27. Gunmen killed Rocky from Chowainamei Khullen village and Kumar from Laii Shirafii village on September 26. A third victim, Ashiho Sani of Shajouba village, died from his wounds on September 27. The violence also left Adani Manio of Makhel village injured. He is currently recovering.

MHN President Ashikho Daili and General Secretary A Lolly Moses issued a statement to express their support for the grieving families. The organization condemned the brutal acts. The group stated, "Killing of civilians is totally unacceptable and condemnable to the highest degree of murder."

Law enforcement must act fast. The group refuses to stay silent while their people are killed. They are calling on the authorities to track down the killers and make arrests immediately.
