Keishamthong High School Honors Top Students with Annual Awards

Imphal: Keishamthong High School recently celebrated its high-achieving students with a special ceremony held at the school auditorium. The event recognized those who excelled in the recent HSLC Examination, with Head Mistress Salam Sunita Devi presenting the cash awards.

The honors included awards established by the family of the late Pukhrambam Shyamkishore Singh, a former principal of LMS Law College. Keisham Pullindro received the first prize of Rs 5,000, while Gyanalaksmi accepted the second prize of Rs 3,000. A third award, named for the late RK Sanatombi Devi, was shared by students Nongmaithem Banju, Lourembam Gelina Devi, and Kangabam Surjakanta Singh, who all earned a score of 76 percent.

Beyond the student honors, the school administration recognized teachers and other pupils who brought distinction to the institution. The event concluded with a cultural program performed by students to celebrate the academic achievements of their peers and mentors.
