Kohima: Government Polytechnic Seithekema C hosted the SATHEE Pragati career awareness and guidance event. The session aimed to show students new educational pathways, skill development options, and innovation tools available on the SATHEE platform. SATHEE Kendra representative Imlibenla Jamir hosted the event and introduced the platform to the attendees.
She explained how the initiative helps students who lack expensive coaching get better access to resources. "SATHEE seeks to bridge the gap between students who have access to expensive coaching and those who may not," Jamir stated. Two guest speakers led the discussion.
Principal Zhapulhoulie Rupreo stressed the value of technical education and careful career planning. He told students to weigh their own interests against their abilities before choosing a professional path. Zip Engineering and Innovation Centre proprietor L. Lanu Jamir urged the group to build practical knowledge. He encouraged the students to pursue innovation and entrepreneurship instead of sticking only to conventional jobs.
A student who uses the platform shared their experience to show the benefit of the provided resources. The day featured a full presentation on SATHEE courses, tests, and features followed by a public question and answer session. Organizers pushed for consistency and determination in using these tools. The event ended with closing remarks and refreshments for the guests, faculty, and students.
