Dimapur Congress Launches Protest Over Exam Leaks

Kohima: The Dimapur District Congress Committee started its local branch of the nationwide Chhatron Ki Goonj campaign this week. Party leaders gathered at Congress Bhavan to blast the government for repeated test paper leaks and slow job recruitment. They claim these administrative failures are ruining the lives of millions.

DCC president Kutoho Chishi told reporters that students are paying the ultimate price for widespread corruption. He said, "Hardworking students were paying the price for corruption, incompetence and the failure of the authorities to ensure a transparent and credible examination system." The party now demands the immediate resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

State Minority Congress chairman Javed Sarwar joined the outcry. He pointed to an ongoing education crisis and rising youth unemployment as proof of system failure. NSUI Nagaland president X Chophika added that the campaign reflects the deep frustration felt by young people nationwide. He blamed the repeated scandals surrounding the NEET exams for destroying the trust families place in the system.

The local committee finished the event by screening a speech from opposition leader Rahul Gandhi. They also launched a signature drive to pressure officials for reform. Congress leaders insist that every student deserves a fair chance at both an education and a career.
