Later, he met with the District Health and Family Welfare Department to grill officials on tuberculosis efforts, maternal health, and non-communicable disease screenings. He ordered them to tighten oversight and hit their targets on time. He praised the staff, telling them, "I would visit Dibrugarh again in the near future to review progress in detail."
