Itanagar: The Human Rights of Arunachal is calling out the Indian Army and the Nah Welfare Society. The group wants the truth about alleged Chinese troop movements in the Taksing sector of the Upper Subansiri district. The two organizations are currently broadcasting stories that do not match.

The Army says the claims are baseless. They deny any new incursions or land grabs in the region. The Nah Welfare Society tells a different story. They claim the Chinese People's Liberation Army is busy building roads, bridges, and camps on Indian soil. The society has even filed a memorandum with the Deputy Commissioner to get the government moving.

The civil rights group wants a real investigation. They think the public deserves a straight answer on matters of national security. "The people deserve accurate and transparent information on this sensitive national security issue. No organisation should play with the emotions of the people of India, particularly the people of Arunachal Pradesh," the body said in a statement.

HRA Chairman Kipa Kaha and Secretary General Jesy Debia pushed for a public report on the findings. They say national sovereignty is the priority. The state and central governments now face mounting pressure to verify the facts and stop the conflicting reports.
