Agartala: Agartala Mayor Dipak Majumder has committed to an urgent project focused on reviving the city's neglected water bodies. The initiative targets ponds that have fallen into disuse, aiming to restore them as functional and aesthetic assets for the local community.
Highlighting the necessity of the project, the Mayor stated, "We are determined to undertake a swift revival of these abandoned ponds to improve our urban environment." Plans are currently underway to clean and refurbish these sites to ensure they remain sustainable for the future.
