The New Media Literacy Club will teach students to spot misinformation. It focuses on critical thinking and responsible digital behavior.
University officials stated that academic grades are not enough. They want students to build leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. The university said the initiative was "intended to ensure that education extends beyond classrooms and examinations by providing students opportunities to discover their interests, develop their abilities and contribute to society."
The administration plans to host workshops, competitions, and awareness drives all year. These activities force students from different fields to work together. The goal is to build confidence while fostering team-based organization. The school intends to expand the program as the new academic session kicks into high gear.
