Sikkim Police Awarded Prestigious President’s Police Colour

Gangtok: President Droupadi Murmu awarded the President’s Police Colour to the Sikkim Police during a ceremony at Paljor Stadium in Gangtok today. This honor recognizes the department for its exceptional service, discipline, and dedication to the nation. With this achievement, Sikkim becomes the 15th state in India and the third in the Northeast to receive the distinction.

Addressing the assembled force, President Murmu encouraged officers to adopt a citizen-centric approach to their duties.
