Gangtok: The Sikkim Democratic Front (SDF) is calling on its young members to take a larger role in local party mobilization and contribute to its Navnirman, or rebuilding, agenda. Party leaders met at the district office in Namchi on June 8 to discuss strategies for strengthening the organization and expanding its network ahead of future political activities.
SDF Youth Front General Secretary-in-Charge Riwaz Limboo presented a roadmap to increase youth engagement in party programs throughout the state. During the session, the party appointed new coordinators to lead efforts in key constituencies, naming Rupesh Gurung for 13-Namthang Rateypani and Vinod Jogi for 10-Poklok Kamrang.
