NSCN/GPRN Denies Misconduct Allegations from Kuki Inpi Manipur

Imphal: The Ministry of Information and Publicity of the Government of the People’s Republic of Nagalim (GPRN) has officially dismissed allegations raised by Kuki Inpi Manipur (KIM). The organization responded to a June 5 press statement by characterizing the accusations against them as misleading, fabricated, and lacking any credible evidence.

In its formal rebuttal, the NSCN/GPRN described the claims as a calculated attempt to distort public opinion. The group argued that KIM is exploiting human tragedy to further a political agenda, which they claim hinders efforts toward reconciliation and peace in the region. According to the organization, these allegations follow a recurring pattern of misinformation that has been exposed multiple times in the past.

The group urged Kuki Inpi Manipur and its affiliates to stop spreading unsubstantiated reports, warning that such behavior undermines regional stability. They encouraged the public and media to rely on impartial investigations rather than unverified claims. Emphasizing the need for accountability in the region, the organization stated, "Truth cannot be manufactured, and propaganda cannot substitute for evidence."

The NSCN/GPRN concluded its statement by demanding an end to what it termed deceptive practices. It called on all involved stakeholders to conduct themselves with integrity to ensure that future discussions are based on established facts rather than repeated falsehoods.
