NSCN Accuses Indian Army of Drone Strike on Nagalim Village

Kohima: The NSCN/GPRN Provisional Government blasted the Indian Army over a reported drone strike in Langkho village, Eastern Nagalim. The attack hit in the early hours of October 3. Two civilians, including a minor girl, sustained injuries during the assault. Property was also destroyed.

Officials labeled the strike a violation of international law. They slammed the incident as a clear act of aggression against civilians. The group argued this is just another chapter in a long history of military repression against the Naga homeland dating back to the 1950s. They blamed the Armed Forces Special Powers Act for protecting Indian soldiers from facing consequences for human rights abuses.

"The incident constituted a violation of international law and an act of aggression against civilians," the organization stated. Leaders pointedly questioned India's push for a permanent seat on the UN Security Council. They claimed these actions contradict the global values India tries to project.

The group dared the Indian government to face the music. They said that if India denies involvement in the Langkho strike, it must allow an impartial international investigation. The NSCN/GPRN urged global observers to step in and hold the perpetrators accountable. They also told the citizens of Nagalim to stay alert and stand up for their rights.
