Highlighting the success of the force, the official Manipur Police account posted on social media: "The DGP congratulated the entire team for the successful operation and announced a cash reward of ₹1,00,000/."

State authorities report that approximately 70 percent of the firearms stolen during the violence have been recovered to date. Officials estimate that over 6,000 weapons were originally taken, and efforts to secure the remaining arms continue.
