Kohima Election Officials Launch Special Enrollment Camps

Kohima: Election officials launched special camps today across 189 polling booths in Kohima district. The move aims to clean up electoral rolls. They want to ensure no eligible voter gets left behind. District Election Officer B Henok Buchem urged the public to step forward with any complaints or difficulties regarding the ongoing revision process.

Residents can find help at these booths. Local voters should reach out to any of the 189 assigned Booth Level Officers for immediate assistance. Seven Assistant Electoral Registration Officers and six Electoral Registration Officers are also available to handle paperwork and resolve registration hurdles throughout the district.

Buchem reinforced the administration's stance on the effort. He stated that the goal is to guarantee that "every eligible voter is included in the electoral rolls and that no eligible elector is excluded."
