Gangtok: Gangtok will host the Sikkim Utsav 2026, a three-day festival running from June 5 to 7. The event, held at MG Marg, celebrates the state's entrepreneurs, culture, music, handicrafts, and organic products.

The state's Commerce and Industries Department is organizing the festival under the central Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance scheme. Department Secretary Karma D Yutso stated that the event aims to provide a platform for local business owners and highlight the strength of the regional creative and cultural ecosystem.

Previous editions of the festival took place in Siliguri, Bengaluru, and New Delhi to introduce Sikkim’s local products and talent to broader audiences. Bringing the event to the capital city allows residents and visitors to experience the state's innovation firsthand.

Attendees can explore exhibitions of handmade goods, traditional handlooms, and sustainable products. The festival will also feature local cuisine and various cultural performances, bringing together artisans, food businesses, and the public for a celebration of Sikkimese identity.
