Kohima: The Nagaland Science Centre in Dimapur hosted a workshop titled Arduino Fundamentals: From Ideas to Reality on September 18. Nine schools sent students to gain practical tech skills. The event focused on moving from abstract concepts to actual working hardware.
Junior Scientific Officer Sosangtemjen opened the day with a welcome address. Electronics Technician K Moatemsu Aier then took the floor to lead the technical training. He taught the group how to bridge the gap between software and physical machines. The center organized the day into two specific sessions to maximize learning.
The first block covered basic Arduino concepts. The second block pushed students into hands-on coding exercises. Organizers stated the effort successfully offered students valuable practical exposure to electronics and programming, inspiring them to explore technology through experiential learning. Every student who attended received a certificate before the event wrapped up.
