Guwahati: Krishnai residents gathered in Assam's Goalpara district on September 24 to watch a street play celebrating Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The event marked 25 years of his public service and governance.
The performance is part of the month-long Seva Sankalp Abhiyan. The Cultural Affairs Department of the Assam government organized the initiative. The campaign runs from September 17 to October 17, coinciding with the Prime Minister's birthday.
These street plays, titled "Namo Seva - Unheard Stories," appear at various spots throughout Goalpara. Performers hit the stage four times a day to showcase his career. Officials stated the campaign seeks to portray different aspects of his public life and his years of service.
