Guwahati: Authorities in Assam's Tingkhang arrested 39-year-old Rohini Koch on Saturday night following the discovery of five kilograms of cannabis at his residence. Police recovered the narcotics during an operation in No. 1 Chapatoli village.

The raid involved a joint team led by Circle Deputy Superintendent of Police Bendon Daimary, Tingkhang Police Station Officer-in-Charge Dharmendra Bora, and Sub-Inspector Manoj Hatimuria. Officials have filed a case against Koch under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
