Assam Minister Honors Over 1,400 Top Students in Bokakhat

Guwahati: Assam Minister Atul Bora recognized 1,412 top-performing students on July 18. The Bokakhat MLA hosted the event at the Bokakhat Higher Secondary School auditorium. These students excelled in the 2026 HSLC and Higher Secondary examinations. The group included 811 HSLC graduates and 601 Higher Secondary students. The ceremony also highlighted local students who recently passed the NEET exam.

Bora praised the youth for their academic results. He told the crowd, "The talented youth of Bokakhat as the constituency's greatest strength." He pushed them to lead with integrity, discipline, and compassion. Success demands hard work. He expects these students to serve Bokakhat, Assam, and the country as responsible citizens.

The event drew a heavy crowd of local leaders and officials. Assam Ministers Keshab Mahanta and Jayanta Malla Baruah attended the celebration. Rajya Sabha MP Kamakhya Prasad Tasa joined them alongside Golaghat District Commissioner Narayan Konwar. The Co-District Commissioner of Bokakhat also showed up. Representatives from the BJP-AGP alliance, principals, teachers, and parents filled the hall. Bora closed the event by wishing the students a bright professional future.
