Itanagar: Government officials set up shop at the Government Higher Secondary School in Borguli on September 29. They brought the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan camp to residents of Namsing Circle and the Mebo Sub-Division. The goal is simple: get state and central services directly to the people. Monggu Banggo-I Zilla Parishad Member Bapiyang Tayeng led the event alongside Namsing Circle Officer Toimi Tagi.

The crowd included local Gaon Burahs, village heads, and representatives from both the Bharatiya Janata Party and the People's Party of Arunachal. Workers processed birth certificates, Permanent Residence Certificates, and Scheduled Tribe documentation for locals. The team also tackled Aadhaar enrollment, pension schemes, bank account needs, and agricultural support. Deputy Commissioner Sonalika Jiwani ordered these camps on September 24 to mirror the Seva Aapke Dwar approach.

Similar events occurred simultaneously across the district. Teams deployed to the Government Higher Secondary School in Sille to serve the Sille-Oyan Circle and to the Government Higher Secondary School in Balek for the Pasighat East constituency. The administration wants to cut through red tape to ensure rural citizens actually get the help they are promised. One local leader described the outreach as a way to "facilitate access to Central and State government welfare schemes." These camps aim to fix the distance between rural residents and their government.
