Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu wants the state to watch history together. He opened the CM Fan Park at IG Park in Itanagar for a free public screening of the FIFA World Cup 2026 final between Spain and Argentina on July 19. The event marks the biggest football watch party in the region.
"I warmly invite all football lovers, families, and friends to join me at CM Fan Park for the LIVE Screening of the FIFA World Cup Final 2026," Khandu stated in a social media announcement. He expects a massive crowd of supporters from the capital and surrounding districts.
Entertainment kicks off at 9:00 PM on Sunday, July 19. The match starts at 12:30 AM on July 20. Before the ball moves, the park will host a range of local talent. Expect high-energy DJ sets and performances from winners of Arunachal Idol, Arunachal's Got Talent, Super Dancer, Mr Arunachal, and Miss Arunachal.
