Agartala: Members of the Twipra Students Federation gathered in Agartala this week. They aimed their frustration at the state government. Their demand is simple: fill the mounting backlog of reserved job vacancies.

Protesters marched through the streets carrying signs and chanting slogans. They argue that qualified tribal candidates are getting sidelined by administrative inaction. The group insists that officials must stop stalling and honor existing recruitment policies immediately.

"The government needs to fill these vacant posts right now," said a federation leader during the rally. The demonstration ended without reports of violence, though the group promised further action if the hiring process does not start soon.
