Agartala: Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha praised Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on July 25 for his work reshaping the national school system. Saha credits these changes for building a self-reliant and modern country. The National Education Policy 2020 serves as the primary tool for this shift. It combines traditional knowledge with modern teaching methods to create an inclusive environment.
Saha highlighted the integration of academic learning with practical skill development. He believes this approach gives young Indians a real edge in a tough global economy. He pointed to Pradhan's earlier time as the Union Minister for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship as proof of his focus on workforce preparation.
The Chief Minister called Pradhan a trusted strategist and leader. He cited his commitment to governance and public welfare as a major source of inspiration. "Under his leadership, India's education sector has moved beyond policy reforms to establish a robust, inclusive and self-reliant foundation aligned with future global needs," Saha said. The Tripura leader closed by offering his best wishes for Pradhan's future service to the nation.
