Kohima: Tetso College and ActionCOACH hosted the BusinessRICH workshop on September 12 at the college campus in Dimapur. This event marked the first time the program ran in the city. Entrepreneurs, business leaders, and hopeful owners from across Nagaland attended the session. They came to learn how to build a business that works without them.
L Niranjan Singh led the training. He is the CEO of ActionCOACH North East India and the founder of JCRE Group. Singh holds a certification from ActionCOACH USA and brings over two decades of professional experience to the table. His background spans skill development, retail, higher education, and entrepreneurship. He gave participants practical tools for managing sales, finances, and team growth.
The sessions covered the nuts and bolts of profitability and sustainable systems. Attendees networked to share their own perspectives on industry growth. Organizers hope to bridge the gap between local classrooms and the professional sector. The college stated, "The collaboration between Tetso College and ActionCOACH seeks to strengthen industry-academia engagement and promote entrepreneurship and business learning in Nagaland."
ActionCOACH started in 1993. It currently operates in over 100 countries. The firm provides strategic planning, coaching, and accountability to business owners. This joint effort aims to give Nagaland entrepreneurs better access to modern business strategies.
